Generous and delicious food options were appreciated.
The additional €190 charge for entertainment was unexpected and frustrating. The pool and SPA facilities felt unclean, contributing to an unpleasurable experience.

I stayed in a Triple Room with Mountain View for 9 nights. The room was spacious, which was great, and every room had a balcony, giving us nice views. The beds were super comfy, perfect for winding down after a long day skiing. It was also quite clean, so that was a plus. Just a heads-up, though—this hotel is really family-oriented, so expect some noise from kids around!

The kids' club offers fantastic activities, keeping children happy while parents ski. The evening entertainment can be noisy, especially with families around.

The stay was enjoyable with a spacious room that had a magnificent view from the balcony. The food served was plentiful and delicious, especially the multi-course meals in the evenings. I particularly enjoyed the clean swimming pool and the gym facilities, which added to a perfect unwind after skiing. While the SPA services were not worth the extra cost, the amenities around were excellent.

Perfect for families seeking quality time
The staff took care of my kids in the mini club like they were their own! Just amazing how organized they were, taking the kids to the slopes and arranging activities for them while I enjoyed some quiet time! !
It wasn’t the least expensive option, but quite acceptable for what we got.

Great food and comfy vibes!
The place is super cozy with amazing mountain views from my room and the lounge area. Food was tasty, especially the evening meals, we're talking multi-course deliciousness! The staff were super chill and friendly too. Only wish check-in was quicker, had to wait a bit when we got there.
